i would like to start a non-profit christian/ surfing/ kids ministry in Baja California?

I am really bummed that America is going for the whole abortion thing with Obama as the next president and I am not for that so I am really into Mexico. I visited in October last year and I never felt more at home. All people were so welcoming and friendly. I’m almost positive I will be moving there at one point or another.
